Shipping Information
Standard Shipping
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Typically, we ship in-stock merchandise the next business day (with the exception of orders containing items being hemmed). Credit card orders are charged when the merchandise has shipped. Orders shipped via standard delivery usually arrive in 3 to 8 business days (excluding holidays).
We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we may use are: USPS or UPS Ground.
We ship to Hawaii and Alaska via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. We ship to APO/FPO via USPS Priority Mail only. Please allow for additional delivery time if shipping to these locations.
Express Shipping
We offer four express shipping options:
- Priority Overnight (Additional $22): Orders need to be submitted by 11am ET to be delivered the next business day morning.
- Standard Overnight (Additional $17): Orders need to be submitted by 11am ET to be delivered the next business day afternoon.
- Second Day Air (Additional $12): Orders need to be submitted by 11am ET to be delivered in two business days.
- Saturday Delivery (Additional $27): Orders need to be submitted by 11am ET on Friday to qualify.
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 11am ET will ship same day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 11am ET, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day. Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses or for orders containing items being hemmed.

Additional Delivery Address
At this time, we are unable to process a single order going to multiple destinations. You will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
International Deliveries
We are pleased to offer international shipping to over 200 countries through our trusted 3rd party logistics partner, Bongo International.
All international orders ship via an Air Express Service. Each order will be shipped from our distribution facility in Pennsylvania to our export hub in Connecticut and then to the international destination. Delivery time on these shipments will usually be 3-10 days globally with full tracking. All prices and shipping rates are quoted in USD. Where possible, duties and taxes will be collected at the time of checkout so there will be no additional fees when orders arrive at their international destinations. If duties and taxes are not paid for at the time of checkout, customers will be required to pay the applicable charges (COD) at the time of delivery. International freight charges, duty, and taxes will be calculated at checkout based upon the shopping cart contents and ship-to address.
