Need a different size? We’ll pay the return shipping and ship your new item(s) with no additional shipping charges!
It’s simple. Just phone our Customer Service department at 1-800-537-4976 or email us at CustomerService@HickeyFreeman.com. The UPS return label will be emailed to you. Simply return the original packing list and list styles and sizes for exchange.
We accept returns of unworn merchandise in original condition with tags attached up to 60 days from the shipping date. Prompt refunds are issued in the original form of payment less the return shipping and handling charges.
How to Return
Using Our Carrier
Simply email us at CustomerService@HickeyFreeman.com requesting a return label. We will email you the UPS shipping label. A return shipping and handling fee of $14.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Using Another Carrier
