SHIPPING

Free domestic Standard shipping on all orders; no minimum purchase required. Additional fees apply for expedited shipments (e.g. 2nd Day Air). No adjustments to prior purchases. Free Standard return shipping on all orders of unworn merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase date. Prompt refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

RETURNS

We accept returns of unworn merchandise in original condition with tags attached up to 60 days from the shipping date.  Prompt refunds are issued in the original form of payment less the original shipping and handling charges.

SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer international shipping to over 200 countries through our trusted 3rd party logistics partner, Bongo International.

All international orders ship via an Air Express Service. Each order will be shipped from our distribution facility in Pennsylvania to our export hub in Connecticut and then to the international destination. Delivery time on these shipments will usually be 3-10 days globally with full tracking. All prices and shipping rates are quoted in USD. Where possible, duties and taxes will be collected at the time of checkout so there will be no additional fees when orders arrive at their international destinations. If duties and taxes are not paid for at the time of checkout, customers will be required to pay the applicable charges (COD) at the time of delivery. International freight charges, duty, and taxes will be calculated at checkout based upon the shopping cart contents and ship-to address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to contact their local customs house for duty and tax refunds; Hickey Freeman is unable to retrieve these funds on the customer’s behalf.
